3 a days

3 A days babY! Yes, I have been finally able to find some time to train and get after it again. My bodyweight is back under control and I am starting to feel a lot better. I hit a 210 back squat for a nice triple the other day, and, think I will be able to get that to 220×3 after a couple weeks here.

I have been doing a lot of Power Snatch, Power Clean, Front Squats. Mainly because that’s what Steve Gough told me to do if I have limited time haha. He knows his stuff. I am on the right track.

No more of this “blah blah blah, I am out of shape…” I will hammer it for this week and I WILL be back in shape NOW. No more waiting. The time is now. I am ready to get after it and am getting after it. Yes!
