Training this week

Snatch – 137kg (on a non rotating bar)
Box Squats Max – 225kg
Back Squat – 210kg for a bunch of doubles

That was it, and I was spent!!

Yesterday was –
Wrestling for 1.5hours (exhausted)
1Clean +1Front Squat +1 Jerk – 130, 140, 145, 150, 155, 160kgxmissed jerk

I will do a 3 week wave of the 1C+1FS+1J and see if I can’t get it to 165kg…160kg next week,165 the week after. I was just so dang winded before the jerk. Who knows, maybe I will continue to push it and see if I can’t hit 175kg after maybe 6 weeks or so. My max CJ is at about 170-175 right now, so, that front squat better go up before I plan on doing anything.
