Here’s the plan….

Well, here is what I plan to do over the next 12 or so weeks… Here are a few of the reasons…I just started working at Iowa Lakes Community College, so, I have a LOT less time. I will also be wrestling 2-3x per week as well. I’m just looking to take training a little less seriously over the summer (to focus on some other things), yet try to improve my strength levels at the same time. We’ll see how that works out haha!

Monday –
Back Squat – max triple
Snatch Variation – 3-5×1
DE BOX Squats
Lunges, Calves
Front Squats – up to 90%
Clean&Jerk Variation – up to 3×1
Push Press or BTN Jerk – 5×3
Front Squats – 85% 5×2
Upright Rows, Shrugs
Friday –
ME Front Squats
Snatch Variation-up to single
Clean Variation- up to single
Coan Phillipi DL Routine
Sunday –
Bro Day
Bench Press
Other random upper body stuff
