Training this week has had some ups and downs…I started off tuesday hitting 145/175. Then, today I Tried to go after it again and had some shoulder pain. I have been hitting the squats really hard between, but, for some reason the shoulder just wasn’t ready to go yet.
I have to work all day tomorrow and saturday, so I Am going to have to figure sometihng out to hit my goal of a 180kg clean for the week… It leaves sunday as my last opportunity to do it. I can either make an excuse as to why I didn’t reach my goal..Or, I can FIND a way to get the job done.
