Mondays training

Phew. It’s Tuesday and I still feel tired from Monday Haha.

Snatch- 20 singles with 1min rest between, 115x5x1, 120x2x1, 125x2x1, 130x8x1, 135×0, 140×1, 135×1, 130×1

Clean&Jerk- 15 singles with 1min rest between- 150x15x1

It was pretty exhausting but it felt good to get a lot of work in at some decent percentages
