Yahooooooo I’m on a caffeine high today apparently. I had a really good session today:
Back Squat- up to 180kgx3x5 (396lbs), super easy. We’re progressing up on these so we started lighter
Snatch- up to 140kg (With no misses), have NO idea how I snatched this today because of how sore I am and after squatting
Jerks from Blocks– up to 160kg
