Yesterdays training

My training log always seems a day behind. But, sometimes ya gotta go in reverse before you can move forward! Remember that 🙂 Whether that is doing away with some inner demons or just plain going back and making things right with someone/something, it can help.


Got an hour long massage by this AWESOME massage therapist. Seriously. I am not kidding you- I cried. That is how deep she was going. They call it a “Deep tissue” massage. I call it “Death massage.” I can’t even begin to explain how much better I Feel today. Yesterday it made me a big sluggish, but, thursdays are always a little lower on intensity so I wasn’t worried about it. I don’t know why I am admitting I Cried during a massage, but, I Am telling you GO GET A MASSAGE!!


Power Snatch- up to 120kgx2x1

Power Clean- up to 150kgx2x1


Night time:

Back Squat- up to 205kgx2x1, 216kgx0, 180kgx2x2 (flush sets)

Bench Press- up to 150kgx9 (330lbs)

Some Glute Ham Raise/Back Extension Work

Every night I do hip mobility/bar work as well, and work with 50/70kgs on the snatch/clean. I have just started it this week and I Have felt 10x better than before.
