5 sets of 2…Beating my head against the wall

Haha we have been doing so many sets of 2 I just feel like I am beating my head against a brick wall! The training is absolutely brutal and grueling every single session. But, anything worthwhile is not going to be easy. The greater the goal the harder the work. You have to welcome the pain, because you know in the end all the pain and sacrifice will be worth it.

Who says olympic weightlifting can't make you lean?

AM Session:

Snatch- up to 100kgx2, 110kgx2,120kgx2x2, 125kgx2x2,127.5kgx2, 130kgx2 (Obviously I did more than 5 sets- because it was feeling pretty good)

Clean & Jerk- up to 120kgx2, 130kgx2, 140kgx2,145kgx2x2, 150kgx2

PM Session:

Snatch- up to 120kgx2, 127.5kgx2,130kgx2, 135kgx2 (PR), 140kgx1 (missed 2nd), 120kgx2

Clean&Jerk- up to 135kgx2, 140kgx2, 145kgx3x2

Front Squat- up to 140kgx2 160kgx2,170kgx2, 180kgx1 (missed 2nd)

Then, I took a nice 15 minute ice bath (Along with my smoothie I made with all that delicious fruit). Now, I am just relaxing! Woohoo. All done with training for the day. It feels wonderrrful!
