Monday’s training

Yesterday was an up and down day. In the morning I had a TERRIBLE session. Absolutely horrendous. I don’t even want to post it. But, I bounced back in the afternoon decently.

 

Snatch- up to 120kgx2, 125kgx2, 130kgx2, 135kgx2x1, 137.5kgx3x1 (tried for doubles on all 5 sets, but missed the 2nd rep)

Clean&Jerk- up to 140kgx2,145×2,150×2,155kgx2x2,155kgx1

Front Squat- up to 170kg (failed on 175kg) (374lbs)

 

By the time the end of the workout hits I am so shot I can’t squat really any weight at all. It really is pathetic. I have done 225kg before on the front squat, but, can’t hit 175kg at the end of a 2 session day. We also max front squatted in the morning. Right now I might be able to hit 200kg fresh, but, when I do it at the end of that long of a day I am just done.

 

If only I had legs like these…
