Death Training…

Friday’s training was pretty much the point in my life where I decided weightlifting is the worst sport in the world.

 

Morning:

Snatch- up to 3 sets of 2 (120kg, 125kg, 130kg)

Clean and Jerk- up to 3 sets of 2 (140, 150, 155kg)

 

Evening:

Snatch- up to 140kg, then 8 sets of 2 (120, 120, 125, 125, 127.5, 130, 132.5, 135)

Clean and Jerk- up to 165kg (clean only on that attempt), then 8 sets of 2 (130, 130, 140, 140, 145, 150, 152.5, 152.5). Had some misses in here as well.

 

I was already very sore from the whole week, then, this workout piled on top was the death of me. Well, at least I thought haha. Saturday we singled up in both the lifts, and I was able to squeak out an ugly 135kg, and clarked a bunch of weights after that. It was CLARKVILLE USA on Saturday. But, I killed a lot of zombies this weekend and am ready to go tomorrow!! 🙂
