Today I had some really good training considering I just competed on friday.
Snatch- up to 110kgx3x2
Clean and Jerks- up to 120kg
Snatch (with 3 second pause at knee)- up to 135kgx1!!!! Big PR here
Cleans (with 3 second pause at knee)- up to 165kgx1!!!! Again, a huge PR here.
Front Squats- up to 170kgx1
Overall it was a great day. I felt absolutely terrible from all the traveling I did this weekend (And not getting any sleep friday night). But, I performed well. It’s weird how sometimes when you least expect it you have a tremendous session. Today was one of those days!
