Getting myself worked up…

All this talk about state wrestling is getting my engine revved up!! Our wrestlers session doesn’t start for another 1:10, so, I better go burn off some energy. I’m going to go front squat ,up to 160kg for 5 sets of 2 (352lbs). Then, in 3 hours we’re going to do some power snatches and power cleans as a team! Stay tuned!
