Each saturday is pretty much designated for squats. Today was no different. I snatched up to 135kg and clean and jerked up to 160 kg. Then I squatted up to 190kgx5x3
It was a great way to end the week. This 5th week at Cal Strength was BY FAR my best week so far. Hopefully next week is more of the same. I am extremely encouraged by what I have been showing in training lately. I have been very consistent, which is the key!
