I’m just rounding up my 5th week here at California Strength. I came out here in pretty terrible shape, but, have slowly been building it back up.
Week 1: struggling to snatch 125kg in the morning, 130 in the evening
Week 2: hit 125 in the morning a fwe more times, and 130 a few more in the evening
Week 3: hitting 130 consistently, 135 a couple days
Week 4: hitting 135 consistently, 140 a couple days
Week 5: hitting 140+ on the snatch each day
It’s all about consistency…I have slowly been building that up. I knew I came out here in pretty bad shape, but, 5 weeks later and I have snatched 140+ more times than I have in my entire life. Very encouraging!
