thurs– clean/jerk-165kg(363lbs),clean-170kg(375lbs),back squat- 215kgx5x2(473lbs)
fri– snatch- 133kg, back squat- 227kg(500lbs),220kgx3x1
sat– back squat- 220kgx5x2(485lbs)

Mikhail Koklyaev, 7x Russian National Weightlifting Champion. Now he is a top 5 world strongman competitor and the best all around strength athlete in the world.
