Training over the last 2+ weeks has been very frustrating. I got in a jet ski accident 16 days ago and messed up my hand, foot, and knee. My knee doesn’t have any pain and more. However, my foot still has a lot of pain (top of the foot mainly), and my hand is still pretty messed up it seems. I haven’t been able to do the full lifts for 17 days now (snatch and clean & jerk), so it’s driving me crazy.
I hope to be able to get back at them later this week. I have just been squatting even more than usual lately to try to make up for the work lost in those lifts. I’m staying positive so I can be ready to do the full lifts once I am healthy again.
