Today is my first week of real training for Weightlifting. I am weighing about 92kg(202lbs), and will slowly cut down to 85kg for my first meet (tbd). I will try to stay at about 88kg (194lbs) for training, and cut the last 3kg the week/day of the meet.
I won’t even talk about my long term goals, I will only set short term goals. The first month or so is going to be VERY rough as I haven’t been weightlifting since last summer. Whew. Should be great. I’ll give weekly updates here and post any random thoughts I get about my training throughout the course.
