Today’s morning workout was 15 100yd. sprints. Going from weight training everyday for 2 and a half years to lots of conditioning is definitely a change. My body feels very confused and isn’t exactly moving the way I would like it to. That will come though. My breathing has finally started to relax a bit after workouts. I think it was struggling to use oxygen again after being so anaerobic for those years.
